    1. This is a free-standing 10'x16' pooldeck located on a 24' above-ground pool. The lumber is a #1
        grade premium pressure-treated stock. Highlights of this deck include a full staircase with rails and        
        lockable gate, block mounting and balustur rails. This deck can be mounted on any grade.



    2. This is a split-level patio and pool deck that took advantage of limited yard space. This layout has
        allowed the homeowner to have a large entertainment area on the lower level and also providing
        easy access to the pool. The building material chosen was #1 select pressure-treated lumber.



    3. This is a 6'x12' pool deck on a 21' pool. Features include a pressure-treated frame with block
        mounting, a composite floor/stair ( ChoiceDek product ) and vinyl railings and lockable gate.



    4. This is a 8'x12' above-ground pool deck located on a 24' above-ground pool. Features include
        #1 select pressure-treated lumber, balustur railings and a staircase with matching rails and gate.



    5. This is an 8'x8' pool deck located on an 18' semi-inground pool. Upgrades include block-mount,                          
         built-in benching, balustur railings and staircase with matching rails and lockable gate.



   6. This is a 10'x16" pool deck located on a 27' above-ground pool. Features include a diagonal back-
       frame, block mounting, balustur rails and a staircase with matching rails and lockable gate.



   7. This is the basic 8'x12' pool deck with no options. The front edge of all pool deck floors we build  
       extend out over the poolwall to protect the toprails from being damaged. The ladder is removable.



                     8. This 8'x12' pool deck has an unusually high lattice rail system for privacy,
                         a matching lattice skirt enclosing the deck and staircase with rails and gate.



    9. This is a 6'x6' pool deck located on the end of an oval pool. This is the smallest pool deck size
        available. The deck has been upgraded with balustur rails, block mounting & staircase w/gate.



    10. This is a 10'x12' deck located on a 21' pool. The deck features a lattice railing and matching gate.



   11. This is a closeup of flooring on an 8'x12' pooldeck. The flooring is 2x6 cut to follow the contour    
         of the pool wall. It is #1 premium pressure-treated southern yellow pine and overhangs the pool.



    12. This 16'x8' offset pooldeck was designed to utilize the dead space in the back corner of a yard. 



    13. This 8'x12' pooldeck has been upgrade with a composite floor & stair (Trex) and heavy-duty
          vinyl railings and gate (SevereWeather). Composites are available in many colors & textures.



    14. This is a closeup of the standard gate package included with every composite/vinyl pooldeck.
          All hardware is rust-free, hinges are spring-loaded so the gate is self-closing. The latch is keyed
          so that the gate can be locked from the inside or outside. The gate itself is composed of a welded
          aluminum solid frame coated with vinyl so that it will never sag or fall out of allignment.



      15. This deck is mounted on a semi-inground pool and features composite flooring and vinyl rails.



     16. This 12'x24' patio deck features balustur railings and radial-edge skirting around the perimeter.



    17. This 16'x32' patio deck features a diagonal frame & floor, open balustur rails and landscape base.


    18. This 16'x16' patio deck utilizes very efficient use of lumber because of the full use of 16' boards.



     19.  This 12'x24' low-level patio deck features offset benching and a 4'x4' landing at the door.



    20. This 16'x16' patio deck featurres deckpost & stair lighting, radial-edge skirting and balustur rails.



    21. This 12'x20' low-level patio deck features open balustur rails, solar lighting and rolltop benching.


    22. This 20'x20' patio deck features offset perimeter benching and a chevron flooringing pattern.


    23. This 16'x20' patio deck features a 6' wide staircase and 2x6 capped balustur railings.

   24. This 12'x16' patio deck followed the lines of the driveway and features chevron floor & benching.









  26. This split-level 31'x16' patio deck fatures lattice skirting, enclosed balustur railings with two
             staircases. There is also a built-in hot tub located on the lower deck level.




    27. This 6'x10' patio features composite materials ( TimberTek),  diagonal flooring, skirting & rails



   28.  This 12'x32' patio deck features capped balustur  railings and composite (ChoiceDek) materials.






29. This 12' gazebo features a hot tub, scallopped balustur rails and premium treated lumber.







30. This 16'x24' split-level patio deck features open balustur railings with trimmed 4x4 posts.


31. This split-level deck features a firepit, gazebo, adjoining bridge,  built-in planter and benching.



32. This 16'x24' patio deck features lattice over balustur rails, tiered privacy panels and  skirting.
